World Refugee Day
come celebrate World Refugee Day 2006 - we need YOUR help!

World Refugee Day 2006 features LIVE MUSIC, a delicious INTERNATIONAL cookout, and a RAFFLE.  Proceeds will benefit refugee resettlement housing for those fleeing persecution and war, and starting anew in the DC area.  Entrance is FREE!

World Refugee Day 2006 is a Multicultural Music event at Bladensburg Waterfront Park, on Sat., June 24.  It's sponsored by the Catholic Community Service Refugee Center.

The event is from 1-4 but we need YOUR help as volunteers to help set up, tear down, and sell raffle tickets.  Our time will be from 11:30-5, approx.  Please call or email Lindsey (301-440-6393) for details, or so she can add your name to the list of volunteers!  This is a GREAT & FUN way to earn those community service hours, while helping a great cause.
