St. Camillus participates in the ecumenical Kairos Prison Ministry and parishioners serve on teams that present 4-day retreats that give prison residents an opportunity to learn the basics of Christianity and make a commitment to turning their lives around. 

St. Camillus parishioners have served on Kairos retreat teams in three men's state prisons and one women's state prison in Maryland.  Kairos volunteers also have the opportunity to visit and pray with graduates of the Kairos retreats in these prisons from 3 to 5 times per month.  For more information, contact Bob Simon at [email protected]
